Advertiser terms
1. Purpose and provider
These terms govern the purchase of sponsored promotions on bisbislive.com. Provider and invoice issuer: the entity that will be named here before real payments start (until then only the test environment works, with no charges). Contact: contact@bisbislive.com. Version of 2026-10-22.
2. The service
A promotion shows a gig already published on BisBisLive in a separate block, labelled “Sponsored” with the advertiser’s name, in searches for its area and/or on its city page, for the chosen period and until the gig at the latest. It does not guarantee any number of views, clicks or sales, and does not change normal results.
3. Price, payment and invoices
Prices shown exclude VAT; VAT is worked out by country and customer type (reverse charge for businesses in another EU country with a VAT number valid in VIES). Payment is made in advance through Stripe. The invoice is issued automatically and sent by email. No payment outside the platform is accepted.
4. Advertiser obligations
The advertiser guarantees that it organises the gig or is authorised to promote it, that the information is accurate and lawful, and that it holds the rights to the images. It is responsible for the content of its listing.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
If the gig is cancelled or removed by its source, or BisBisLive withdraws the promotion through no fault of the advertiser, the part not provided is refunded automatically pro rata, with a corrective invoice. If these terms are breached (misleading, unlawful or unauthorised content), the promotion may be withdrawn without refund.
6. Consumers: right of withdrawal
A private individual who buys a promotion has 14 days to withdraw from the status link received by email. Because they ask for the service to start immediately, they get back the part not yet provided and lose this right once the promotion has been fully provided. They keep all rights granted by the law of their country of residence.
7. Liability
Towards businesses, BisBisLive’s liability is limited to the price paid for the promotion concerned, except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights.
8. Personal data
Billing data is processed to perform the contract and meet tax obligations (legal retention), as set out in the privacy policy. Stripe processes payment data.
8a. Changes to these terms
Any change is published here with a new version date and emailed to advertisers with a running promotion at least 15 days before it applies. A promotion already paid remains under the version accepted.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the provider’s country. For businesses, the courts of its registered office have jurisdiction. Consumers may go to the courts of their home. They may also use an alternative dispute resolution body in their country.
10. Model withdrawal form
The simplest way is the “Withdraw” button on the status link. You can also send this text to contact@bisbislive.com: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: [promotion and gig], ordered on [date], name: [name], address: [address], date: [date].”
