What data we process

Your approximate area: to show your city’s concerts first, we use the city inferred from your connection. It is only used for that search and is not stored.

Your exact location, only if you tap “Use my location”. Your browser asks for permission; the coordinates are used to search and are rounded.

The places you type are sent by our server (not your browser) to the open OpenStreetMap services Photon and Nominatim to find them.

Visit statistics: Vercel Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you. We also count clicks on “Get tickets”, without linking them to anyone.

Technical logs: like any server, our host briefly keeps request logs (including IP address) for security and to fix errors.

Cookies and local storage

We don’t set advertising or tracking cookies. Two preference cookies, strictly tied to what you ask for: “idioma” (chosen language, 1 year) and “bbl_busqueda” (your last search, 60 days, so your city and filters come back). During the session your browser also keeps your position in the list so you can return to it.

Maps load OpenStreetMap tiles and posters go through a resizing service (wsrv.nl): they receive your IP like any site you request files from. The ticket sites we link to have their own policies.

Alerts

Alerts are voluntary and need no name, email or phone. We keep the chosen search (city, distance, filters) or followed artist, the frequency, the language and the technical delivery address: the notification subscription created by your browser or the ID of your chat with our Telegram bot. We also keep which concerts we already sent, for 120 days, so we don’t repeat them.

Unsubscribe any time: from the “Follow” panel on the site, by removing notification permission in your browser, or by typing /baja to the bot. Subscriptions that stop working are switched off automatically. The subscribable calendar stores no data about you.

Legal basis and retention

Legitimate interest in running the site, keeping it secure and measuring aggregate use; consent for alerts. Technical logs are deleted automatically within days or weeks.

Access, rectification, erasure, objection or restriction: write to contact@bisbislive.com. You can complain to the data protection authority in your country (CNIL in France, AEPD in Spain).
